Arshad Nadeem Set to Compete Tomorrow at National Games in Karachi

The spotlight at the ongoing National Games in Karachi will shift towards star javelin thrower Arshad Nadeem, as he prepares to take the field tomorrow. The Olympian, who received a warm reception during the opening ceremony where he performed a demo throw in front of chief guest Bilawal Bhutto, is expected to attract significant attention when he represents WAPDA in the javelin event.

According to the official schedule, the javelin throw competition will commence at 11:45 AM on Monday. The event carries great anticipation following Nadeem’s record-breaking throw at the Paris Olympics and his recent gold medal performance at the Islamic Games in Riyadh, where he achieved a remarkable 83.05-meter throw.

Nadeem has remained consistent in national competitions as well and previously claimed gold at the Quetta National Games, recording a throw of 78.02 meters. With momentum on his side and expectations high, tomorrow’s event may well offer another milestone in the career of Pakistan’s most celebrated javelin star.
