Pakistan invites Kuwait to partner in LPG, LNG and crude oil storage projects

The government of Pakistan has invited Kuwait to partner in LPG, LNG and crude oil storage projects.
According to Express News, Kuwaiti Ambassador Naser Abdulrahman Jasir Al-Mutairi held an important meeting with Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Junaid Anwar Chaudhry. The meeting discussed the possibilities of cooperation on Energy City and port infrastructure.
Junaid Anwar Chaudhry said that there are very good investment opportunities in Gwadar and Port Qasim. He offered Kuwait to partner in LPG, LNG and crude oil storage projects. Work is underway on major energy storage projects in Pakistan.
The Kuwaiti ambassador expressed interest in Pakistan’s maritime and energy sectors and agreed to increase cooperation in the maritime sector between the two countries. The Minister for Maritime Affairs assured to provide all kinds of facilities to Kuwaiti investors.
