Instagram's new feature, now it will be possible to view stories anonymously

Meta is working on a new premium subscription service that will give Instagram users unique features, most notably the ability to view other people’s Stories anonymously.

The service will initially be launched in Mexico, Japan, and the Philippines, where users will be able to sign up for an “Instagram Plus” membership. The monthly price for the service is expected to be around $1 to $2.

Users will also be able to see how many times their Stories have been viewed, i.e. how many times the same person has viewed them. In addition, features such as animated “Super Like” reactions for Stories and keeping Stories active for longer are also being added.

The move is part of Meta’s strategy to introduce premium features to its apps, and similar features may be added to Facebook and WhatsApp in the future.
