Bollywood Star Shah Rukh Khan Thanks Fans as Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge Completes 30 Years

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has once again expressed his gratitude to fans as his iconic film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge completes 30 years.

In London, Shah Rukh Khan (Raj) and actress Kajol (Simran) appeared before fans and recreated the film’s legendary pose, winning the hearts of the audience once again.

Shah Rukh Khan was dressed in black while Kajol wore a blue saree.

Speaking to the fans, King Khan said, “It has been 30 years since Dilwale Dulhania was released, but it feels as if the film came out just yesterday.”

He added that the reason it still feels fresh is because “in big countries, small things keep happening,” but it is still unbelievable to him that people continue to love the film so much even today.

King Khan further stated that they never expected DDLJ to receive such massive love and recognition across the world.

It is worth mentioning that Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, released in 1995, has earned 102.5 crore Indian rupees to date and remains a historic record in the Indian film industry.
