The Punjab government has taken an important decision. In a meeting of the Information Steering Committee chaired by Information Minister Azma Bukhari, it was decided that the subjects of Marka-e-Haq and patriotism will be regularly included in the educational curriculum of the province.
The meeting also revealed that the programs related to Marka-e-Haq in private schools were not as good as they should have been in government institutions, so instructions have been issued to private educational institutions to implement such programs.
In addition, it was decided to make films based on Marka-e-Haq and national unity under the Film Fund. A drama will also be produced on the life of Shaheed Liaqat Ali Khan under the Alhamra Arts Council. A public awareness campaign will also be launched to promote national unity and ISPR representatives were requested to continue visiting educational institutions.
