Oil prices in the global market continue to fluctuate. The market is in a state of uncertainty due to the fluctuations in the ongoing negotiations between the United States and Iran.
According to unofficial media reports, oil prices are fluctuating due to the complicated negotiations regarding the end of the war and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
On Wednesday, the price of Brent crude oil fell by $ 1.42 and the price per barrel was reduced to $ 98.16. While the price of US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil decreased by $ 1.66 to $ 92.23 per barrel.
It should be noted that oil prices suddenly increased after the US military attacked southern Iran on Tuesday, which also dealt a blow to the possible agreement.
On the other hand, according to Reuters, after reports of some LNG tankers passing through the Strait of Hormuz in recent days, market hopes have increased that this important shipping lane will soon be fully opened, which could improve global oil and gas supplies.
