The Australian team has suffered a major setback ahead of the ODI series against Pakistan.
According to Cricket Australia, team captain Mitchell Marsh will not be able to participate in this series due to an ankle injury.
Wicketkeeper-batter Josh Inglis will lead the team in place of Mitchell Marsh.
The first ODI match between Pakistan and Australia will be played in Rawalpindi on May 30.
It should be noted that the Pakistani players had gone to their homes for the Eid-ul-Adha holidays and the squad will gather again in Rawalpindi on Thursday.
