Momina Iqbal case transferred from police to FIA, NCCIA will investigate

The application filed by Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal against MPA Saqib Chaudhry at Chowhangi police station has been sent to the NCCIA circle of FIA after preliminary legal proceedings.

The police say that the allegations in the application do not fall under the jurisdiction of the police station because the entire matter was committed through telephonic conversation. Crimes committed through cyber and digital means fall under the jurisdiction of the FIA, so the application has been filed in the office and sent to the NCCIA.

Police officials have instructed Momina Iqbal to contact the FIA ​​officials directly instead of coming to the police station in the future. NCCIA is already active in this matter and MPA Saqib Chaudhry and his wife have also been summoned. Now the entire case is with the FIA ​​and they will conduct further investigation.
