Iran unveils new jersey for FIFA World Cup 2026

The Iranian national football team has unveiled its new home kit for the 2026 World Cup, designed by a local sports brand. The white jersey clearly reflects the 2022 World Cup kit.

The design features the Asian leopard watermark, which has become an Iranian football icon. The sleeves feature a tonal pattern inspired by animal skins, while the sleeves feature logos and numbers in the colors of the Iranian flag and red.

A farewell ceremony was held at Inqilab Square in Tehran, attended by players, coaching staff and football federation officials. The national anthem was played at the same ceremony and the new jersey was officially introduced. The team will leave for Turkey on Monday, where a pre-World Cup training camp will be held in Antalya and two friendly matches will also be played.

Iran has been placed in Group G with Belgium, Egypt and New Zealand and the team will play its first match against New Zealand in Los Angeles on June 16.
