Instagram finally has a feature to organize posts in a grid

Photo-sharing app Instagram has finally rolled out a feature that users have been waiting for for a long time.

Users will now be able to position posts in their profile grid in any position they want, regardless of when the post was shared.

According to Meta, the feature is now rolling out to users around the world. The company said it knew users were waiting for this feature, so it wanted to introduce it exactly right.

If you have pinned a post, it will remain at the top of the profile and will appear blurry in the reorder grid, meaning it cannot be moved.

Interestingly, this feature was first glimpsed in 2022 when feature leaker Alessandro Pelosi discovered the “Edit Grid” option in Instagram.

This feature has been introduced almost a year after Instagram head Adam Mosseri announced it.
