PSL 11: New schedule released, matches will be held only in Lahore and Karachi without spectators

The Pakistan Cricket Board has released a new schedule for the Pakistan Super League Season 11, under which the event will now be played in only two cities, Lahore and Karachi, without fans, while the opening ceremony has also been canceled.

Mohsin Naqvi, while holding a press conference at Gaddafi Stadium, said that the tournament will start from March 26, however, this decision has been made under the current circumstances and austerity measures. He apologized to the fans and said that the ticket money will be refunded.

According to the new schedule, a total of 44 matches will be played in 39 days, in which 22 matches will be played in both cities.

The first phase will be held in Lahore from March 26 to April 6, where 14 matches will be played. The second phase will be held in Karachi from April 8 to April 19, in which 15 matches have been held. After that, more matches will be distributed between the two cities from April 21 to 26.
