ICC releases annual T20 rankings, India tops men's and Australia tops women's rankings

The International Cricket Council has released the annual rankings for T20 cricket, in which India has retained its first position among the men's teams and Australia among the women's teams. However, India's lead in the men's rankings has been reduced to just 13 points.

In the overall men's rankings, India is first, England is second and Australia is third. New Zealand is fourth, South Africa is fifth, Pakistan is sixth and West Indies is seventh. Bangladesh is eighth, Sri Lanka is ninth after a drop and Afghanistan is tenth.

In the women's rankings, Australia is first, England is second and India is third while the Pakistan women's team is in eighth position.
