Gold price suddenly increases by $78, costing Rs7,800 per tola in Pakistan

The price of gold in the global and local markets has seen a sudden increase. The price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market has increased by $78 to $4,744 per ounce, which is a significant increase.

Due to the impact of the global market, gold prices in Pakistan have also gone up. The price of 24-carat gold per tola has increased by Rs7,800 to Rs496,762, while the price of gold per 10 grams has increased by Rs6,687 to Rs390,416.

Silver prices also increased along with gold and silver per tola has become more expensive by Rs373 to Rs8,445, while silver per 10 grams has increased by Rs320 to Rs7,240. This sudden increase in prices is being considered as a result of the ongoing uncertainty at the global level and the increasing interest of investors in gold.
