Indian Punjabi singer Guru Randhawa has fallen into a new trouble. Unknown persons opened fire at his fitness gym in Delhi.
According to Indian media reports, on June 10, two motorcycle riders opened fire at Guru Randhawa's fitness franchise in Delhi's Paschim Vihar area. Both had covered their faces and fled after firing shots.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident, but panic spread in the area. Police immediately reached the spot and started an investigation.
Shortly after the incident, a post by Anil Pandit, associated with the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, appeared on social media, claiming that the firing was just a warning. The post alleged that Guru Randhawa was getting close to Salman Khan and if this relationship continued, more attacks could happen.
The police are closely examining both the post and the firing.
It may be recalled that the tension between the Lawrence Bishnoi gang and Salman Khan began with the 1998 blackbuck poaching case. The Bishnoi community considers the blackbuck a sacred animal, which is why the gang has a long-standing enmity against Salman Khan.
Guru Randhawa has not yet made any statement on the matter.
