Kangana Ranaut talks about distancing herself from Bollywood and understanding the lives of ordinary people

Indian actress and politician Kangana Ranaut has said that she has distanced herself from the glamour of Bollywood to a certain extent to better understand real life and the problems of common people.

In an interview given during the promotional campaign of her new film, Kangana said that people associated with the film industry often live in a limited circle, due to which they are removed from the ground realities and experiences of ordinary life.

She said that it is important for an artist to step out of this circle from time to time and understand the real world. When she started working on the role of her new film, she strongly realized that it is necessary to distance herself from the film environment to play the role better.

She said that after entering politics, she got the opportunity to meet people from different classes and see their lives closely, which further broadened her thinking.

Kangana Ranaut said that if an artist is not connected to reality, he cannot play any role with complete truth and integrity. She added that despite coming from a middle-class family, after entering the showbiz industry, she felt the need to relive the experiences of ordinary life after years.

She worked especially hard for this role to bring herself closer to the psychology and life of the character.

Kangana Ranaut's new film 'Bharat Bhagya Vidhata' will be released worldwide on June 12.
