Facility in Punjab to get incorrect e-challans cancelled from your home

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority has introduced an online facility for citizens to contest incorrect e-challans. Citizens who receive an erroneous challan no longer need to visit the relevant office; instead, they can submit a request for review from the comfort of their homes.
How to submit an online review request?
Citizens can log in to the Punjab Safe Cities Authority’s e-challan portal at echallan.psca.gop.pk and register their complaint in the 'review' section.
Relevant evidence must be submitted along with the request so that authorities can assess the validity of the challan.
Incorrect challans will be cancelled within 24 hours
According to the Authority, if a challan is found to be incorrect following an investigation, it will be cancelled within 24 hours.
Citizens are advised to utilize this facility only for genuine grievances and to demonstrate responsible civic behavior.
