Big increase in gold price, new highs in global and local markets

There has been a significant increase in the price of gold in the global and local markets, while silver has also become expensive.

In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce increased by $153, after which the new price reached $4,713, while silver reached $75 per ounce.

The effects of the global trend were also seen in the local market, where gold per tola became expensive by Rs15,300 to reach Rs494,062. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs13,117 to reach Rs423,578.

Silver prices also increased, with silver per tola increasing by Rs200 to Rs7,984, while 10 grams of silver increased by Rs171 to reach Rs6,844.

According to market experts, if the upward trend in prices continues at the global level, there is a possibility of further increase in the local market as well.
