Babar Azam named captain of PSL 11 Team of the Tournament

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the Team of the Tournament for PSL Season 11, in which Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam has been entrusted with the leadership of the team. Babar, while showing excellent batting performance throughout the tournament, became one of the highest run-scorers and also made Peshawar Zalmi the champion under his leadership, which is a memorable achievement of his career.

The Team of the Tournament includes Fakhar Zaman, Kushal Mendis, Shan Masood, Usman Khan, Shadab Khan, Hassan Khan, Shaheen Afridi, Hunain Shah, Sufiyan Muqeem, Richard Gleeson and Hassan Nawaz. These players have been selected on the basis of batting, bowling and all-round performance.

According to cricket experts, Babar Azam’s consistency and calm leadership made him the strongest candidate for this honor and this tournament once again proved that he is one of the leading batsmen in Pakistan.
