Google introduces AI Professional Certificate Program for Pakistan

Technology company Google has announced the launch of the Google AI Professional Certificate in Pakistan. It is an industry-approved program that aims to bridge the rapidly growing gap in artificial intelligence skills.

According to the company, the program is not limited to basic theories but focuses on AI fluency, that is, the effective use of artificial intelligence in everyday professional tasks. Through it, workers will be taught practical skills so that they can better use AI tools in their daily work.

According to a study jointly conducted by Ipsos and Google, about 70 percent of managers say that an AI-trained workforce is urgently needed for success, while only 14 percent of employees are actually being trained in this field. This certificate has been introduced to reduce this gap.

An opportunity to learn AI in a practical way

The program is based on the concept of “Learn by Doing” and includes more than 20 practical activities. Participants will also be given free access to Google AI Pro for three months, allowing them to practice with Google’s cutting-edge AI models.

Participants will also learn how to use Gemini in everyday tools like Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

Course Description

The certificate program consists of six courses and a final project:

• AI Fundamentals – Basic concepts of artificial intelligence and effective prompting
• AI for Brainstorming and Planning – Creating ideas, timelines, and project plans
• AI for Research and Insights – Using AI tools to research and test ideas
• AI for Writing and Communicating – Creating professional writing and presentations
• AI for Content Creation – Creating visual content, videos, and presentations
• AI for Data Analysis – Creating data analysis and graphics

The final stage will be a Capstone Project in which participants will learn to build a practical app without coding with the help of AI.

This program is specifically designed for busy professionals and can be completed at your own pace in less than 10 hours. After completing the program, participants will also be given a digital certificate that they can share on LinkedIn.

According to Google, the curriculum is based on real job data so that the skills taught are aligned with current market needs.
