Claims related to Jeffrey Epstein and the creator of Bitcoin, what is the truth?

Alleged secret emails circulating on social media have once again sparked speculation that notorious American financier Jeffrey Epstein was actually behind Satoshi Nakamoto, the anonymous creator of the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. However, available government records and released documents do not support this claim.
The circulating images and documents have been presented by some quarters as evidence that Epstein funded research related to Bitcoin. The material is being attributed to records uncovered during investigations by the US Department of Justice and the Congressional Oversight Committee. However, a detailed review shows that they contain no evidence that links Epstein to the creation of Bitcoin, the white paper or the initial code base.
Satoshi Nakamoto’s name is nowhere found in the records associated with Epstein. On the other hand, the basic timeline of Bitcoin is also unchanged: the white paper was published in 2008, the network launched in 2009, and Nakamoto disappeared from public view shortly thereafter. If Epstein’s claim of involvement were true, it would require evidence of his direct involvement in the design and development of Bitcoin before or during 2008, which does not exist.
According to experts, these claims are largely based on speculation and conspiracy theories. The identity of Bitcoin’s creator remains unknown, and no credible evidence has emerged to prove his connection to Epstein.
