WhatsApp is working on a new redesigned in-chat interface that will include a floating chat bar and a transparent navigation bar. WhatsApp Beta Info has somehow enabled the new interface, although these changes are not yet available to beta users.
Meta is taking great care in releasing this new design and many users have not yet received the new user interface. It is expected that the redesign will be officially released to general users only when it is fully ready, but this may still take some time.
