Bollywood actress Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in the Versova area of Mumbai for ₹6.01 crore. According to Indian media reports, the actress had originally purchased the property for ₹3.20 crore; the sale price represents an increase of approximately 88 percent over the purchase price.
Property documents indicate that the apartment has a built-up area of 2,340 square feet. While the records list 2014 as the year of purchase, the provided details do not specify the exact timeframe between the purchase and the sale, making it impossible to determine the precise duration over which the price appreciation occurred.
The sale agreement makes no mention of car parking facilities, while the buyers paid ₹36.06 lakh in stamp duty for the transaction.
