Oil tanker owners express concerns over daily prices of petroleum products

The Oil Tanker Contractors Association has sent an urgent letter to the Federal Minister for Petroleum, expressing serious concerns over the daily pricing of petroleum products.
The letter has taken the position that the daily pricing system may cause severe financial losses to the tanker industry and make it difficult to run the business. According to the association, tanker operations are also likely to be affected due to this decision.
Tanker owners have appealed to the government to restore the old system of pricing petroleum products as the daily pricing decision may prove detrimental to the industry.
